Wahupa is a new company with locations in The Netherlands and Spain. Even though the company is still young our team has previously worked together for many years building solutions for the same issues that Wahupa aims to address. Combined we have decades of experience designing, developing, marketing, selling and implementing successful supply chain management solutions.
Our Goal
It is well-known that supply chain management software can yield huge return on investment for the companies that implement it. However, most small and medium sized manufacturers have not done so, simply because they could not afford the staggering cost of the implementation, and the low budget alternatives just don't work. Wahupa wants to change that. We want to provide a solution that is both affordable and will do the job. When we say the solution is affordable we mean the total cost of ownership. This includes license fee, implementation cost, both internal and external, hardware and infrastructure, training, daily usage, and maintenance.
Our Philosophy
First, do a thorough analysis of what the real issues are in your supply chain. This is the part where you should not cut corners. Then, everything else needs to be trivial.
In other words, once you have mapped out what business issues to address and how best to do that, implementing it in the software, including any integration with other systems needs to be rapid, easy and intuitive. Your interaction with the product needs to be on a business level, wherever possible graphically visualized, and all the gory technical stuff needs to be dealt with without you ever needing to be bothered by it. The most technical things you, or more likely an IT administrator, needs to know is where to get and put the data in external systems. Then the actual creation of an integration is done via simple drag and drop with the mouse.
How We Go About It
In the design of the product we use proven successful concepts and innovate those aspects that are not ideal. Our technology choices are ones that are common in our target market and require the least cost, effort and experience on your part to get up and running and to maintain, whilst simultaneously be heavy-duty enough to guarantee stability, quality and robustness.
